The
design of the Megapower flow bench is so that you the user can offer improvements
where flow increase or just checking of items is simple.
Simply
by placing the item on the bench (an adapter may be required)
checking the seal, opening the control valve to the required test
pressure, then reading from the flow manometer the flow can be
obtained using either a computer program (extra cost) or flow sheets.
You can also use the readings from the flow manometer as a quick
check to know if improvements have been made without the sheets e.t.c
if a quick comparison is needed.
The
bench comes with one head adapter (your choice of bore size)
Pressure manometer, temp. gauges.
Available
at extra cost is valve opening device, and auxilary manometer for
back probing and insuring air speeds.
The
work bench is alloy, the case is meltica.
With
only one motor and fan assembly maintanence is kep to a minimum.
There
are some small fans for cooling only-no maintance required.
Purchase
direct from the manufacturer, who use these benches for their own
engine development with great success.
